How it works

1. Activate Mite Overseer by paying 3W/P, creating two creature tokens.
2. When the creature tokens enter the battlefield, Distinguished Conjurer triggers twice, causing you to gain 2 life.
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the creature tokens, adding CCCC.
4. Repeat.

This loop turns the token-doubling engine of Stridehangar Automaton into a self-sustaining mana and life-generating machine, all fueled by Ashnod's Altar. When you activate Mite Overseer, the Automaton ensures you get an extra Thopter alongside your Phyrexian Mite, generating enough bodies so that sacrificing them both to Ashnod's Altar yields more than enough colorless mana to recast the activation cost and then some. Meanwhile, Distinguished Conjurer quietly sits on the board, tracking every single incoming creation to pad your life total into the stratosphere.
