How it works

  1. Cast Walking Ballista by paying 2.
  2. The Vision and Scarlet Witch triggers, adding R mana and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  3. Resolve Walking Ballista, causing it to enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  4. Activate Together Forever by paying 1, targeting Walking Ballista.
  5. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Walking Ballista, adding CC.
  6. When Walking Ballista dies, Together Forever triggers, returning Walking Ballista from your graveyard to your hand.
  7. Repeat.
