Elven Chorus

How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the nontoken creature, adding CC.
2. When the creature dies, Mortuary triggers, putting the creature from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
3. Cast the creature by paying its mana cost.
4. Repeat.

This elegant loop transforms the graveyard into a revolving door for your creatures, fueled entirely by the mana economy of Ashnod's Altar. Whenever you sacrifice a creature to the Altar, Mortuary steps in to intercept it from the graveyard, placing it right back on top of your library instead of letting it rest. From there, Elven Chorus lets you look at the top of your library and immediately cast that same creature right back out, potentially tapping it for mana beforehand thanks to the Chorus's grant of unconditional mana-producing ability. As long as the creature's mana cost is less than or equal to the two colorless mana generated by the Altar, you can repeat this cycle endlessly to generate infinite storm count, sacrifices, and death triggers.
