How it works

1. Cast Karmic Guide by paying 3.

4. Resolve the Karmic Guide ability, returning Sister Hospitaller from your graveyard to the battlefield.
5. When Sister Hospitaller enters, it triggers, targeting Karmic Guide.
6. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Sister Hospitaller.
7. Resolve the Sister Hospitaller ability, returning Karmic Guide from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to gain 5 life.
8. Repeat from step 2.
