How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Minsc, adding CC.
2. When Minsc dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay 4 to return Minsc from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
3. When Minsc enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating a 1/1 Boo legendary creature token.
4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Boo, adding CC.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Minsc, Beloved Ranger acting as both the catalyst and the recurring star of the show, bringing along the trusty Boo every time he re-enters the battlefield. Ashnod's Altar converts those fresh bodies into the raw mana needed to fuel the engine, providing the exact funds required by Nim Deathmantle. Whenever Minsc or Boo hits the graveyard, the Deathmantle's triggered ability steps in, letting you pay four mana to pull the fallen hero right back and snap the Equipment back onto him.
