How it works
- Activate Eldrazi Displacer by paying 2C, blinking Precursor Golem.
- When Precursor Golem enters, it triggers, creating two creature tokens.
- Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing two creature tokens, adding CCCC.
- Repeat.
This loop is fueled by Ashnod's Altar, which happily turns the two fresh 3/3 Golem artifact creature tokens into four colorless mana when you sacrifice them—giving you more than enough resources to pay the activation cost for Eldrazi Displacer. By pointing Eldrazi Displacer's blink ability at Precursor Golem, you reset the whole engine, letting the newly entering Precursor Golem spit out a fresh pair of tokens to feed right back into the Altar.
