How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a nontoken green creature, adding CC.
2. When the creature dies, Verdant Succession triggers.
3. Holding priority, activate Malevolent Chandelier by paying 2, putting the creature from your graveyard onto the bottom of your library.
4. Resolve the Verdant Succession trigger, searching your library for the green creature and putting it onto the battlefield.
5. Repeat.
