How it works
- Activate Mite Overseer by paying 3W/P, creating two creature tokens.
- When the creature tokens enter the battlefield, Kor Celebrant triggers twice, causing you to gain 2 life.
- Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the creature tokens, adding CCCC.
- Repeat.
This loop relies on a clever arithmetic of token creation and mana generation, turning Mite Overseer's activation into a self-sustaining engine. Because Quina, Qu Gourmet modifies the token creation to yield an extra Frog alongside your Phyrexian Mites, sacrificing those two resulting creatures to Ashnod's Altar generates four colorless mana—more than enough to pay the {3} and 2 life required to activate Mite Overseer again. Meanwhile, Kor Celebrant happily pads your life total with every iteration, offsetting the Phyrexian mana cost and letting you spin the loop indefinitely for infinite colorless mana, tokens, and sacrifices.
