How it works
Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing another nontoken nonartifact creature, adding CC.
When the creature dies, Nim Deathmantle and Missy's first ability triggers.
Resolve the Nim Deathmantle trigger, choosing not to pay.
Resolve the Missy trigger, returning the creature from your graveyard to the battlefield face down as a 2/2 Cyberman artifact creature.
Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Cyberman, adding CC.
When the Cyberman dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay 4 to return the creature from your graveyard to the battlefield face up, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
Repeat.
This clever loop transforms any ordinary creature into an infinite engine by relying on Missy and Nim Deathmantle to continuously cheat it back from the grave. When you sacrifice a nontoken nonartifact creature to Ashnod's Altar, Missy steps in to salvage the piece as a 2/2 Cyberman artifact creature, while Nim Deathmantle tracks its departure into the graveyard. Once the newly minted Cyberman hits the altar, sacrificing it provides the exact mana needed to fund Nim Deathmantle's resurrection ability, looping the creature back to the battlefield face up to repeat the cycle indefinitely.
