How it works

  1. Cast Plague of Vermin by paying 6B mana and choosing to pay any amount of life, creating that many 1/1 Rat creature tokens.
  2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Rat.
  3. When the Rat dies, Relic Vial triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
  4. Resolve the Ashnod's Altar ability.
  5. Repeat from step 2 as able.
