How it works

1. Activate Mite Overseer by paying 3W/P, creating two creature tokens.
2. When the creature tokens enter the battlefield, Lifecreed Duo triggers twice, causing you to gain 2 life.
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the creature tokens, adding CCCC.
4. Repeat.

This crafty loop turns life, mana, and tokens into an endless engine by capitalizing on how Stridehangar Automaton supercharges your token generation. When you activate Mite Overseer, Stridehangar Automaton steps in to double your production—yielding both a Phyrexian Mite and an extra Thopter token—which in turn triggers Lifecreed Duo twice to keep your life total safely padded. You can then feed both newly minted tokens directly into Ashnod's Altar, harvesting a surplus of colorless mana that more than pays to restart the whole cycle.
