How it works
Activate Mite Overseer by paying 3W/P, creating two creature tokens.
When the creature tokens enter the battlefield, Case of the Uneaten Feast triggers twice, causing you to gain 2 life.
Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the creature tokens, adding CCCC.
Repeat.
This loop relies on Quina, Qu Gourmet to turn every single token-creation event into a double feature, spinning out both a Phyrexian Mite and an extra Frog token every time Mite Overseer’s ability is activated. As those tokens enter the battlefield, Case of the Uneaten Feast quietly pads your life total with every arrival, while Ashnod's Altar steps in to turn those same tokens into a profitable stream of colorless mana. Because Mite Overseer's activation cost can be heavily discounted by paying life for the Phyrexian mana, you can easily sustain the loop to fund infinite creature tokens, enter-the-battlefield triggers, and sacrifices.
