How it works

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Atsushi, adding CC.
  2. When Atsushi dies, it and Mortuary trigger twice.
  3. Resolve both Mortuary triggers, putting Atsushi on top of your library from your graveyard.
  4. Resolve the first Atsushi trigger, causing you to exile the top two cards of your library with the ability to play them until the end of your next turn.
  5. Resolve the second Atsushi trigger, creating three Treasure tokens.
  6. Activate two Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding R manaR mana.
  7. Cast Atsushi from exile by paying 2R manaR mana.
  8. Repeat.
