How it works

1. Cast Jump Scare by paying , targeting Sparring Mummy.
2. Activate Yenna by paying 2 and tapping it, creating a token copy of Sparring Mummy.
3. When the Sparring Mummy token enters, it triggers, untapping Yenna.
4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Sparring Mummy token, adding CC.
5. Repeat from step 2.

To set this miraculous engine in motion, you must first cast Jump Scare to transform Sparring Mummy into an enchantment creature, allowing it to bypass Yenna, Redtooth Regent's restriction against non-enchantment targets. Once this foundation is laid, Yenna can tap to repeatedly mint non-legendary token copies of the Mummy; each time a Sparring Mummy token arrives, its enters-the-battlefield ability triggers to untap Yenna for another round. Meanwhile, Ashnod's Altar stands ready to consume these disposable tokens for raw colorless mana, perfectly funding Yenna's activation cost and establishing an endless loop of creation, untapping, and sacrifice.
