How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Karmic Guide.
2. When Karmic Guide dies, South Wind Avatar triggers, causing you to gain 1 life.
3. South Wind Avatar triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life.
4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Junji.
5. When Junji dies, it and South Wind Avatar trigger.
6. Resolve the South Wind Avatar trigger, causing you to gain 1 life.
7. South Wind Avatar triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life.
8. Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Karmic Guide from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life.
9. When Karmic Guide enters, it triggers, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield.
10. Repeat.
