How it works

1. Activate Dino DNA's second ability by paying 4, creating a token copy of Cathodion that is a 6/6 Dinosaur.
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Cathodion token, adding CC.
3. When the Cathodion token dies, it triggers, adding CCC.
4. Repeat.

This delightful loop relies on Power Artifact to drastically discount Dino DNA's massive creation cost down to a manageable four mana, transforming any suitable creature card in your graveyard into a colossal 6/6 copy. Once you manifest a copy of Cathodion this way, you can feed it directly to Ashnod's Altar to generate initial mana.
