How it works

1. Activate Detective's Satchel by tapping it, creating a 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token.
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Thopter.
3. When the Thopter dies, Dross Scorpion triggers, untapping Detective's Satchel.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop spins up an endless supply of thopters and colorless mana by turning artifact casualties into fresh momentum. You tap Detective's Satchel to hatch a 1/1 Thopter, which Ashnod's Altar then feeds on to generate a pair of mana. That very sacrifice triggers Dross Scorpion, whose passive mastery instantly untaps Detective's Satchel so the engine can run it all back again.
