How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Ozox, adding CC.
2. When Ozox dies, it and Pitiless Plunderer trigger.
3. Resolve the Ozox trigger, creating a legendary 2/1 Jumblebones creature token.
4. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token.
5. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Jumblebones, adding CC.
6. When Jumblebones dies, it and Pitiless Plunderer trigger.
7. Resolve the Jumblebones trigger, returning Ozox from your graveyard to your hand.
8. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token.
9. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
10. Cast Ozox by paying 2.
11. Repeat.

This clever recursion loop relies on the constant cycling of Ozox, the Clattering King and its loyal token counterpart, Jumblebones. You begin by sacrificing Ozox to Ashnod's Altar for colorless mana, which triggers Pitiless Plunderer to generate a Treasure token and simultaneously creates Jumblebones via Ozox's own death trigger. When you subsequently sacrifice Jumblebones back to Ashnod's Altar, Pitiless Plunderer gives you yet another Treasure while Jumblebones's departure trigger plucks Ozox right out of your graveyard and back to your hand. By using the mana from the Altar and the sacrificed Treasures to recast Ozox, you establish an endless loop that continuously feeds your death, sacrifice, and entry triggers.
