How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Darksteel Splicer, adding CC.
2. When Darksteel Splicer dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay 4 to return Darksteel Splicer from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
3. When Darksteel Splicer enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least one 3/3 Phyrexian Golem artifact creature token.
4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Phyrexian Golem, adding CC.
5. Repeat.
6. If you have two or more opponents, this combo nets infinite creature tokens and colorless mana.

This loop turns the recursive power of Nim Deathmantle and Ashnod's Altar into a self-sustaining engine whenever you have two or more opponents. By sacrificing Darksteel Splicer to the Altar for mana, you fuel the Deathmantle's revival trigger, which brings the Splicer straight back to the battlefield. Because Darksteel Splicer's entry creates multiple 3/3 colorless Phyrexian Golem artifact creature tokens against multiple foes, you gain a surplus of disposable bodies to feed back into Ashnod's Altar, generating infinite colorless mana and an endless army of indestructible Golems.
