How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Bonny Pall, adding CC.
2. When Bonny Pall dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay 4 to return Bonny from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
3. When Bonny Pall enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating a */* Beau legendary creature token.
4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Beau, adding CC.
5. Repeat.

This loop turns Ashnod's Altar into a self-sustaining engine by using Nim Deathmantle to continuously resurrect Bonny Pall, Clearcutter each time she hits the graveyard. Every iteration is fueled by sacrificing Bonny Pall alongside the very token she creates—Beau—to generate the mana required to pay the Deathmantle's revival cost. As Bonny Pall repeatedly enters the battlefield, she generates an endless supply of sacrifices, death triggers, and enters-the-battlefield events.
