How it works

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Hellspur Posse Boss, adding CC.
  2. When Hellspur Posse Boss dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay 4 to return Hellspur Posse Boss from your graveyard to the battlefield and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
  3. When Hellspur Posse Boss enters, it triggers, creating two creature tokens.
  4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a creature token, adding CC.
  5. Repeat.
