How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing The Swarmweaver, adding CC.
2. When The Swarmweaver dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay 4 to return The Swarmweaver from your graveyard to the battlefield and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
3. When The Swarmweaver enters, it triggers, creating two creature tokens.
4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a creature token, adding CC.
5. Repeat.

This engine turns a continuous loop of sacrifice and resurrection into a self-sustaining web of value, fueled by Ashnod's Altar providing the exact amount of colorless mana needed to fund Nim Deathmantle's revival trigger. When you sacrifice The Swarmweaver to the Altar, the two mana generated helps pay to bring it right back via the Deathmantle, which simultaneously re-equips itself to the Insect. Best of all, every single iteration of The Swarmweaver entering the battlefield spawns extra fodder in the form of two flying Insect tokens, leaving you with a surplus of creature sacrifices to generate infinite mana, tokens, and death triggers.
