How it works

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing The Notary Hobbits, adding CC.
  2. When The Notary Hobbits dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay 4 to return The Notary Hobbits from your graveyard to the battlefield and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
  3. When The Notary Hobbits enters, it triggers, creating two token copies of it.
  4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a creature token, adding CC.
  5. Repeat.
