How it works

1. Defeat Invasion of Amonkhet
2. Invasion of Amonkhet triggers, causing you to exile it, and return it to the battlefield transformed as Lazotep Convert.
3. Choose to have Lazotep Convert enter the battlefield as a copy of Ojer Pakpatiq that is a 4/4 Zombie.
4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Lazotep Convert, adding CC.
5. When Lazotep Convert dies, it triggers, causing you to exile it, and return it to the battlefield transformed as Lazotep Convert.
6. Choose to have Lazotep Convert enter the battlefield as a copy of Ojer Pakpatiq that is a 4/4 Zombie.
7. Repeat from step 4.

By leveraging Invasion of Amonkhet // Lazotep Convert's unique ability to enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature card in your graveyard, you can target Ojer Pakpatiq, Deepest Epoch // Temple of Cyclical Time once it's safely in the graveyard to continually loop the legendary god as a 4/4 Zombie copy. Ashnod's Altar acts as the engine's heart, turning each iteration of this reviving copy into a fresh pair of colorless mana while sending it right back to the yard to trigger its own transformation and resurrection loop anew.
