How it works

1. Activate The Jolly Balloon Man by paying 1 and tapping it, targeting Havi.
2. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing The Jolly Balloon Man, adding CC.
3. Resolve the Jolly Balloon Man ability, creating a token copy of Havi that is a 1/1 Balloon.
4. Put the Havi token into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
5. When the Havi token dies, it triggers, returning The Jolly Balloon Man from your graveyard to the battlefield.
6. Repeat.
