How it works

1. Cast View from Above by paying 1.
2. Birgi and Saheeli trigger.
3. Resolve the Birgi trigger, adding .
4. Resolve the Saheeli trigger, creating a 1/1 Servo artifact creature token.
5. Resolve View from Above, returning it to your hand.
6. Activate the Servo by tapping it, adding that can only be spent to cast an instant or sorcery spell, or to gain a Class level.
7. Repeat.

This looping storm engine relies on a brilliant interplay of mana generation and a self-bouncing spell. You start by casting View from Above, which triggers Birgi, God of Storytelling (using its front face) to generate red mana and Saheeli, Sublime Artificer to churn out 1/1 Servo artifact creature tokens. Because View from Above returns to your hand upon resolution thanks to its own condition, you have a perpetual instant to recast. Meanwhile, Sorcerer Class at Level 2 grants those Servos the ability to tap for blue or red mana, perfectly funding the blue portion of the spell's cost while Tuktuk Rubblefort gives your token army haste so they can tap immediately.
