How it works

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Peema Outrider.
2. When Peema Outrider dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Peema Outrider enters, its fabricate ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
5. Repeat.

This loop turns the night side of Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn // Isilu, Carrier of Twilight into an engine for infinite triggers by granting every nontoken creature persist. When you sacrifice Peema Outrider to Bartolomé del Presidio, persist brings it right back to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter, while its fabricate ability immediately drops a +1/+1 counter to cancel it out through state-based actions. Because Peema Outrider enters the battlefield clean of counters each time, the persist ability triggers fresh on every single sacrifice, letting Bartolomé del Presidio grow infinitely large while churning out endless death and sacrifice triggers.
