How it works

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Peema Outrider.
2. When Peema Outrider dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Peema Outrider enters, its fabricate ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop relies on Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn granting persist to your other nontoken creatures, which transforms into Isilu, Carrier of Twilight to keep the cycle going. By sacrificing Peema Outrider to Phyrexian Altar, you generate mana while triggering its persist ability to return it from the graveyard with a -1/-1 counter. Fortunately, Peema Outrider's fabricate ability places a +1/+1 counter upon its re-entry, which immediately neutralizes the -1/+1 counter via state-based actions and sets you up to repeat the entire process indefinitely.
