How it works

1. Activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing Peema Outrider.
2. When Peema Outrider dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Peema Outrider enters, its fabricate ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. Resolve the Umbral Collar Zealot ability.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop revolves around the synergy between Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn / Isilu, Carrier of Twilight and Peema Outrider, where the back face grants persist to your other nontoken creatures. When you use Umbral Collar Zealot to sacrifice Peema Outrider, it hits the graveyard and immediately returns thanks to that persist ability, coming back with a -1/-1 counter. This return simultaneously triggers Peema Outrider's fabricate ability, placing a +1/+1 counter on it that immediately neutralizes the -1/-1 counter via state-based actions. Because the card returns with a clean slate regarding counters, you can endlessly repeat the sacrifice to fuel infinite triggers and surveil.
