How it works

1. Activate Selvala by paying and tapping it, adding at least 1.
2. Activate Yahenni twice by sacrificing Selvala and Slimefoot and Squee.
3. Activate Slimefoot and Squee by paying 1 and sacrificing a Saproling, returning it and Selvala from your graveyard to the battlefield.
4. When Slimefoot and Squee enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
5. Repeat.

This clever engine revolves around looping Slimefoot and Squee alongside Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, whose tap ability generates a surplus of colored mana fueled by the greatest power among your creatures. You use that mana—and the Saproling token created whenever Slimefoot and Squee enters the battlefield—to pay the activation cost of Slimefoot and Squee, bringing both itself and Selvala right back from the graveyard. Yahenni, Undying Partisan serves as the immediate outlet to sacrifice your pieces and send them back to the yard, while Samut, Tyrant Smasher ensures your resurrected creatures immediately possess haste so Selvala can tap for mana again right away.
