How it works

1. Activate Terra, Magical Adept by paying 4 and tapping it, exiling it and returning it to the battlefield as Esper Terra.
2. When Esper Terra enters the battlefield, its first chapter ability triggers, creating a token copy of Mesmerizing Dose.
3. When the Mesmerizing Dose token enters the battlefield, it triggers, putting a lore counter on Esper Terra.
4. Repeat from step 2 two additional times, from Esper Terra's second and third chapter abilities triggering.
5. Esper Terra's fourth chapter ability triggers, causing you to add , and then exile Esper Terra and return it to the battlefield as Terra, Magical Adept.
6. When Terra, Magical Adept enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to mill five cards and return up to one enchantment card from among them from your graveyard to your hand.
7. Repeat.

This loop begins when Terra, Magical Adept uses its Trance ability to transform into Esper Terra, whose chapters immediately start copying enchantments like Mesmerizing Dose. Because Mesmerizing Dose enters the battlefield and triggers a proliferate, it adds lore counters back onto Esper Terra to rapidly advance through its chapters, a process accelerated by Samut, Tyrant Smasher granting haste to keep any necessary pacing smooth. When Esper Terra reaches its final chapter, it produces a massive burst of colored mana while flipping back to Terra, Magical Adept, whose entry ability lets you mill five cards and retrieve an enchantment to restart the entire cycle.
