How it works

1. Activate Vorel of the Hull Clade by paying and tapping it, doubling the counters on Crystalline Crawler.
2. Activate Crystalline Crawler's first ability four times by removing four +1/+1 counters from it, adding 1.
3. Activate Vigean Graftmage by paying 1, untapping Vorel of the Hull Clade.
4. Repeat.
5. Once you have infinite +1/+1 counters on Crystalline Crawler, you may target any other creature using Vorel of the Hull Clade's ability.

This delightful growth engine transforms Crystalline Crawler into a self-sustaining battery, using its ability to remove +1/+1 counters for mana to fuel the activation costs of Vorel of the Hull Clade and Vigean Graftmage. Vorel of the Hull Clade does the heavy lifting by doubling the counters on Crystalline Crawler, creating an exponential surplus beyond what was spent to untap Vorel of the Hull Clade with Vigean Graftmage. Because Crystalline Crawler is continuously stacked with counters and can be tapped to add its own counter back, Vigean Graftmage's untap ability ensures the loop can repeat indefinitely to generate infinite colored mana and infinite +1/+1 counters.
