How it works

1. Cast Storm Herd by paying 8, creating a number of 1/1 Pegasus creature tokens equal to your life total.
2. Cast Cauldron Haze by paying 1W/B, targeting every creature you control.
3. Venerated Rotpriest triggers for each creature targeted by Cauldron Haze.
4. Resolve the first trigger, causing an opponent to get a poison counter.
5. Repeat step 4 until an opponent loses the game due to having ten poison counters, then repeat for each other opponent.

This delightful brew uses Storm Herd to flood the board with a massive army of Pegasus tokens proportional to your life total, laying the raw material for your win condition. You then cast Cauldron Haze to target your entire newly minted airborne horde, granting them all persist to protect them from future doom. Every single one of those targeting triggers awakens Venerated Rotpriest, turning a simple defensive spell into a lethal barrage that heaps poison counters onto your opponents until they fall.
