How it works

  1. Activate Blood Pet by sacrificing it, adding B mana.
  2. Activate Apprentice Necromancer by paying B mana, tapping and sacrificing it, targeting Blood Pet.
  3. Ashnod triggers, copying Apprentice Necromancer's ability, targeting Apprentice Necromancer.
  4. Resolve both Apprentice Necromancer abilities, returning Apprentice Necromancer and Blood Pet from your graveyard to the battlefield, and giving them haste until end of turn.
  5. Repeat.
