How it works

1. Activate Whisper by tapping it, sacrificing Breaching Hippocamp and any other creature you control, targeting any other creature card in your graveyard.
2. Ashnod the Uncaring triggers, copying Whisper's ability, targeting Breaching Hippocamp.
3. Resolve the copy of Whisper's ability, returning Breaching Hippocamp from your graveyard to the battlefield.
4. When Breaching Hippocamp enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping Whisper.
5. Resolve the original Whisper ability, returning the targeted creature from your graveyard to the battlefield.
6. Repeat.

This loop spins into motion when Whisper, Blood Liturgist taps to sacrifice Breaching Hippocamp along with another creature to return a creature from your graveyard, a cost that immediately prompts Ashnod the Uncaring to copy the activated ability. That copied ability plucks Breaching Hippocamp right back out of the graveyard, whose entry trigger then untaps Whisper, Blood Liturgist so she can be tapped right back down again. As soon as the original ability resolves to pull your other sacrificed fodder back into play, the entire cycle is ready to repeat for endless graveyard recursion.
