How it works

1. Activate Clever Conjurer by tapping it, targeting Kelpie Guide.
2. Clever Conjurer triggers, causing you to loot.
3. Resolve the Clever Conjurer ability, untapping Kelpie Guide.
4. Activate Kelpie Guide by tapping it, targeting Clever Conjurer.
5. Kelpie Guide triggers, causing you to loot.
6. Resolve the Kelpie Guide ability, untapping Clever Conjurer.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on the constant interplay between Kelpie Guide and Clever Conjurer, which take turns tapping to untap one another indefinitely. Because Unctus, Grand Metatect grants every other blue creature a triggered ability whenever it becomes tapped, each tap of the Guide or the Conjurer triggers a free loot, allowing you to cycle through your entire deck at will. Unctus also ensures that your creatures count as blue artifact creatures, which conveniently pumps the team with its static buff while turning your untap shenanigans into a massive card-filtering engine.
