How it works

1. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Kitchen Finks.
2. When Kitchen Finks dies, its persist ability triggers, returning Kitchen Finks from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Kitchen Finks enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to gain 2 life.
4. Spider-Man triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Kitchen Finks.
5. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability.
6. Repeat.

This loop relies on a clever interplay between Kitchen Finks and its persist ability, which normally fizzles out once a -1/-1 counter accumulates. Here, Spider-Man, Peter Parker serves as the crucial engine piece: every time Kitchen Finks enters the battlefield and gains you 2 life, Spider-Man grants a +1/+1 counter that immediately cancels out the persist counter through state-based actions.
