How it works

1. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Kitchen Finks.
2. When Kitchen Finks dies, its persist ability triggers, returning Kitchen Finks from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Kitchen Finks enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to gain 2 life.
4. Archangel of Thune triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
5. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability.
6. Repeat.

This loop transforms a humble life-gain trigger into an endless cycle of devastation. By feeding Kitchen Finks to Goblin Bombardment, you trigger its persist ability to bring it right back to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter, which conveniently restores 2 life. That life gain wakes up the static ability of Archangel of Thune, pumping a +1/+1 counter onto every creature you control—including Kitchen Finks. Because +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters immediately annihilate each other through state-based actions, Kitchen Finks is left completely free of counters and ready to be sacrificed all over again for infinite damage and life.
