How it works
Cast Sword of the Meek by paying 2.
When Sword of the Meek enters, its living weapon ability granted to it by Ekthi triggers.
Holding priority, activate Sarcatog by sacrificing Sword of the Meek.
Resolve the Sword of the Meek trigger, creating a 0/0 Phyrexian Germ creature token. It'll enter as a 1/1 due to Ekthi's static effect.
When the Phyrexian Germ enters, Sword of the Meek triggers, returning Sword of the Meek from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to the Phyrexian Germ.
Repeat from step 2.
This ingenious loop transforms a humble piece of equipment into a bottomless well of sacrifice fuel, starting the moment you cast Sword of the Meek. Thanks to Ekthi, Contaminator Priest granting living weapon to every Equipment you control, the sword's entry triggers the creation of a 0/0 Germ token that instantly enters as a 1/1 due to Ekthi's static lord effect. Before that token even settles, you sacrifice the Sword of the Meek to Sarcatog's second ability, feeding the beast's power while leaving the sword primed in your graveyard. The resulting 1/1 token's arrival then triggers Sword of the Meek's own recursion ability, pulling it right back to the battlefield attached to the Germ so you can feed it to Sarcatog all over again.
