How it works

1. Cast Capture of Jingzhou by paying 3, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. Move to your next turn.
3. At the beginning of your upkeep, Anurid Scavenger triggers, causing you to put Capture of Jingzhou on the bottom of your library from your graveyard.
4. Move to your draw step, drawing Capture of Jingzhou from the bottom of your library due to River Song.
5. Repeat.

This elegant loop achieves infinite turns by turning your graveyard into a revolving door for extra turns, completely bypassing normal draws. While Capture of Jingzhou provides the precious extra turn, Anurid Scavenger ensures that the sorcery never truly leaves your control by tucking it right back onto the bottom of your library during your upkeep. River Song then alters the fundamental rules of the game so that you draw from the bottom instead of the top, seamlessly putting Capture of Jingzhou back into your hand every single turn to be cast anew.
