How it works

1. Cast Capture of Jingzhou by paying 3, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. Capture of Jingzhou is put on the bottom of your library instead of into your graveyard due to Wheel of Sun and Moon.
3. Move to your extra turn, drawing Capture of Jingzhou from the bottom of your library during your draw step due to River Song.
4. Repeat.

This brilliant recursive loop hinges on River Song: Meet in Reverse fundamentally altering your draw mechanics so you draw cards from the bottom of your library rather than the top. When you cast Capture of Jingzhou to take an extra turn, the replacement effect from Wheel of Sun and Moon intercepts it on its way to the graveyard, neatly tucking it onto the bottom of your library instead. Because River Song: Meet in Reverse redirects your draws to the bottom, your normal draw step feeds Capture of Jingzhou right back into your hand, letting you loop your extra turns indefinitely.
