How it works

1. Declare Ethereal Forager as an attacker.
2. Ethereal Forager triggers, returning Capture of Jingzhou from exile to your hand.
3. Activate Chulane by paying 3 and tapping it, returning Ethereal Forager to your hand from the battlefield.
4. Move to your postcombat main phase.
5. Cast Capture of Jingzhou by paying 3, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
6. Cast Ethereal Forager by paying 3 and exiling Capture of Jingzhou from your graveyard.
7. Chulane triggers, causing you to draw a card and allowing you to put a land from your hand onto the battlefield.
8. Repeat each turn.

This clever loop lets you take infinite turns by endlessly recycling your extra-turn spell right out of the graveyard. It all starts when you declare Ethereal Forager as an attacker, using its flying and attack trigger to pluck Capture of Jingzhou right back out of exile and into your hand. From there, you tap Chulane, Teller of Tales to bounce Ethereal Forager back to your hand, freeing you up to recast the Forager—paying for it using delve to exile Capture of Jingzhou once again. Every time you cast Ethereal Forager, Chulane's triggered ability rewards you by drawing a card and letting you drop a land directly onto the battlefield, cementing your total control over the game.
