Cast Capture of Jingzhou by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
Activate Dust Bowl by paying 3, tapping it and sacrificing Mystic Sanctuary, destroying a nonbasic land.
Play Mystic Sanctuary from your graveyard.
When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Capture of Jingzhou from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
Move to your next turn, drawing Capture of Jingzhou during your draw step.
Repeat.
This loop achieves near-infinite turns by constantly recycling Capture of Jingzhou straight from your graveyard back to the top of your library. The engine is heavily enabled by Mole Man, Moloid Master, whose static ability lets you play lands directly from your graveyard, making the sacrifice cost of Dust Bowl entirely sustainable. By using Dust Bowl to bin Mystic Sanctuary, you prime the island to trigger upon re-entry—provided you control enough other Islands—so that its triggered ability can place Capture of Jingzhou right where you need it for your next draw step.
