How it works

1. Declare any creature as an attacker. When you do, Doom's Time Platform triggers, exiling Capture of Jingzhou from your graveyard with two time counters on it.
2. Blink Shivan Sand-Mage using Y'shtola Rhul.
3. When Shivan Sand-Mage enters, it triggers, removing two time counters from Capture of Jingzhou.
4. Capture of Jingzhou's suspend ability triggers, causing you to cast it without paying its mana cost.
5. Resolve Capture of Jingzhou, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
6. Repeat each turn.
