How it works

1. Cast Temporal Manipulation by paying 3.
2. Double Vision triggers, copying Temporal Manipulation.
3. Holding priority, cast Venser by paying 2.
4. When Venser enters the battlefield, it triggers twice, returning itself and the original Temporal Manipulation to your hand from the battlefield and stack respectively.
5. Resolve the copy of Temporal Manipulation, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
6. Repeat each turn.

This brilliant loop secures infinite turns by continuously recycling your spells and resetting your board. It all begins when you cast Temporal Manipulation, which Double Vision happily copies so you get your extra turn, while Panharmonicon stands ready to double up your creature triggers. By flashing in Venser, Shaper Savant with Panharmonicon on the board, his entry trigger occurs twice to bounce both the original Temporal Manipulation back to your hand and Venser himself back to your grip as well. This leaves you free to repeat the entire sequence turn after turn, locking down any opposing permanents or spells in the process while you take all the time in the world.
