How it works

1. Cast Temporal Manipulation by paying its mana cost, taking an extra turn after this one.
2. At the beginning of your next upkeep, Progenitor Mimic triggers, creating a token copy of Revolutionist.
3. When the token Revolutionist enters the battlefield, it triggers itself, returning Temporal Manipulation from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Repeat.

This elegant spell-recursion loop sets up an inevitable timeline where you take every turn to come. It all hinges on Progenitor Mimic sitting comfortably on the battlefield as a non-token copy of Revolutionist, dutifully spawning a fresh copy of the red creature at the start of each upkeep. Because that cloned Revolutionist enters the battlefield fresh, its triggered ability fires off to scoop Temporal Manipulation right back out of your graveyard and into your hand. From there, you simply cast Temporal Manipulation again to secure your next extra turn, feeding the mimic's perpetual engine and locking your opponents out of the game entirely.
