How it works

1. Declare Ethereal Forager as an attacker.
2. Ethereal Forager triggers, returning Temporal Manipulation from exile to your hand.
3. Activate Chulane by paying 3 and tapping it, returning Ethereal Forager to your hand from the battlefield.
4. Move to your postcombat main phase.
5. Cast Temporal Manipulation by paying 3, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
6. Cast Ethereal Forager by paying 3 and exiling Temporal Manipulation from your graveyard.
7. Chulane triggers, causing you to draw a card and allowing you to put a land from your hand onto the battlefield.
8. Repeat each turn.

This ingenious loop leverages Chulane, Teller of Tales to repeatedly bounce and recast your threats, taking full advantage of the cast trigger to advance your board state while drawing through your deck. The engine is fueled by Temporal Manipulation, which grants you the extra turns necessary to continuously reset and repeat the process. To sustain this momentum, Ethereal Forager uses its delve mechanic and attack trigger to fish Temporal Manipulation back out of the graveyard and into your hand, ensuring you never run out of time.
