How it works

1. Cast Temporal Manipulation by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. Cast Timeless Witness by paying its mana cost.
3. When Timeless Witness enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Temporal Manipulation from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Move to your next turn.
5. Activate Dour Port-Mage by paying 1 and tapping it, returning Timeless Witness from the battlefield to your hand.
6. Dour Port-Mage triggers, causing you to draw a card.
7. Repeat.

This loop gives you infinite turns by recycling Temporal Manipulation with the help of Timeless Witness, which retrieves the sorcery from your graveyard the moment it enters the battlefield. To reset the creature for another go, Dour Port-Mage steps in with its activated ability, bouncing Timeless Witness back to your hand while simultaneously triggering its own passive draw engine to net you an extra card every single cycle.
