How it works

  1. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Wingrattle Scarecrow.

  3. Thran Vigil triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Wingrattle Scarecrow.
  4. Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
  5. Repeat.
