How it works

1. Draw a card.
2. Shabraz triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself and causing you to gain two life.
3. Mindless Automaton triggers, putting two +1/+1 counters on itself.
4. Activate Mindless Automaton's second ability by removing two +1/+1 counters from it, causing you to draw a card.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This brilliant avian loop turns a simple card draw into a self-sustaining engine of growth and life. It all starts when you draw a card, which triggers Shabraz, the Skyshark to pump itself and gain you life. That life gain is then amplified by Heron of Hope and immediately caught by Sunbond, which cascades back into placing fresh counters on your creatures—including Mindless Automaton. Finally, you cash in those accumulated resources by activating Mindless Automaton to discard and convert counters back into drawing another card, feeding the entire cycle anew.
